Senior Pastor - Rusty Lyon
Pastor Rusty Lyon began ministry at Faith Community Church in the fall of 2015. Although born and raised in the Milwaukee area, he had been a Senior Pastor of two churches in California (Kingsburg: 14 years; and Turlock: 15 years). With 30 years of Senior Pastor experience, Rusty’s ministry is marked by a practical, hands-on preaching of the Word of God, a genuine love for people, and living out a lifestyle that warmly invites people to follow Christ. He married the love of his life, Karin (Anderson) in 1977. He has two adult children, and four grandchildren. Apart from the ministry, Rusty enjoys sports of all kinds. After playing two years of small college football, he has coached high school football for 27 years; he loves NASCAR, works out of the local fitness club, and even enjoys the sport he doesn’t play very well- golf!
Pastor Rusty graduated from Northwestern College (Roseville, MN) in 1980, and completed a Master’s Degree at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL (1984). A passion for Jesus Christ and a commitment to the Word of God inspires his personal and preaching ministry. Email Pastor Rusty

Adult Discipleship Pastor - Dennis Dale
Dennis and Sara Dale both came to know Christ as their Savior during their high school years. Dennis’ hometown in Virginia is situated less than an hour west of our Nation’s Capital. Sara grew up about 7 hours Southeast in Jasper, IN. Dennis knew the Lord wanted him to serve in ministry and pursued His undergrad degree at Lancaster Bible College in Pennsylvania. Sara knew God wanted her to serve Him and found her way to LBC also. This past May, they celebrated 18 years united in marriage. They have celebrated 18 years united in marriage, and are amazed by the journey orchestrated by God in their ministry together spanning from PA, NE, VA, IN, and now Wisconsin! Ansley, their sweet, fun-loving daughter is in eighth grade. She loves animals- especially kitty cats- and plays the flute. Ayden, like most 5th graders, has high levels of energy and his personal enjoyment is found in board games, card games, collecting Lego sets, Tae Kwon Do, playing piano and picking on his sister. Sara comes from a very musically talented family and she worships God through her love for singing and playing guitar. Dennis survived his earlier years as a daredevil: rappelling, rock climbing, cliff jumping, skydiving, caving, paintballing, and skateboarding. He also loves growing theologically as he reads about God’s work of sanctification in believers who have walked by faith before him. The family loves to camp and enjoys the outdoors. Sara especially likes all the bike trails available to her in and around Fort. Dennis invested 30 years of focus on discipleship to youth and now looks forward to being a resource for spiritual growth with the adults at Faith Community Church. Dennis and Sara love building relationships and proclaiming their great need for Christ as they experience life together and with others. Email Dennis
